Suriya wins the State Government Tamil Film Award

State Government Tamil film awards were presented to the actors and actresses of Tamil cinema on Tuesday for the year 2005 and 2006. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi gave the awards who had won the best actors for their films. Suriya received first best film award for the film Ghajini. He was also honoured with special award for his performance in “Ghajini”.
